The fundamentals class is an extremely beginner-friendly class focused on the basics of BJJ. You will learn easy techniques like escapes, sweeps, submissions, and standing defense. It’s great for anyone looking to build practical skills and boost confidence before joining the all levels class.
The class is taught in 26 lessons. These lessons repeat, so you will never feel lost. Although not required, we recommend that you attend all 26 classes at least once, before you attend the all levels class. Each class runs about 1 hour in duration.
No need to worry. The fundamentals class is taught at a slower pace. You will be guided through all positions so injuries are maximally minimized.
